Terms and Conditions

If you wish to change your appointment times, please know that it is the responsibility the student to contact your teacher to discuss an alternative time as soon as possible. If you need to cancel a lesson, please know that there is a 50 percent cancellation fee ($30) if cancelling within 48 hours of the booked lesson time. If cancelling with 24 hours there is a 100 percent cancellation fee ($60). As there are only a few time slots available for Harp Lessons, Master classes and Composition and Improvisation classes, there needs to be time to arrange for a student from the waiting list to fill that place.

In the event your teacher needs to make a changes to your scheduled lesson time, students will be informed within a reasonable time and any prepaid lesson fees will be refunded. If you wish to talk further regarding changes to teaching appointments,
